- OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder).
The foundation of successful problem-solving is listening. As a careful listener, I provide an accepting, non-judgmental, confidential environment for people who feel overwhelmed by emotional distress or life problems. By listening empathically, I support clients in exploring their feelings, setting realistic goals, and making positive changes. By working together, my clients get better.
