I am an experienced Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). I have worked as an Account Manager/EAP Consultant for two internal/external EAPs – FirstCALL (PA) and Berkshire Healthworks (MA) - and am currently onsite for the EAP at DuPont (DE). I am currently an affiliate for numerous local and national EAPs. Because of this experience, I understand the needs and demands of EAPs and am able to effectively service both EAPs and clients in an expedient and effective manner.
